Compliance with Laws: Customer acknowledges compliance to all Federal, State and Local laws and Ordinances on the purchasing of all products purchased from Tactical Minutemen, LLC.
Pricing: Tactical Minutemen, LLC sets prices at the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set by the manufacturers. If there is no MAP provided the Tactical Minutemen, LLC will set competitive prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Policy: Orders are subject to acceptance. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after shipping,
at which point a $10 order cancellation or change fee is due. Backorders below $25 are cancelled. Orders below $100 have a small order fee.
Freight: All damaged/missing freight must be reported in 7 business days.
Payment: Invoiced payment amounts not paid within 5 days after the due date shall bear interest and service charges of 1.5% per month. Any returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 service charge. Credit card payments are subject to special processing fees.
Collection: Customer understands and agrees that if credit is extended, then all invoices are to be paid by the due date on the invoice. Customer shall be liable for all cost incurred by Tactical Minutemen, LLC in the collection of any delinquent account, including attorney fees.
Returns: Customer agrees not to return any merchandise to Tactical Minutemen, LLC without prior approval. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. All shipment errors must be reported in 7 business days. Customer can choose for monetary refund or credit towards a different order.
Warranties: The only warranties applicable to the products sold by Tactical Minutemen, LLC are any express warranties from the manufacturer of the product. Customer understands and agrees that Tactical Minutemen, LLC makes no representation or warranties of any kind of nature concerning the products it sells or it’s safe or consequential use. Customer agrees to waive any and all implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
